We are looking for ambitious business development managers to sell our market leading range of apprenticeship and in-place learning programmes. With your consultative sales approach, we will provide you with all of the tools, a detailed understanding of the new Government LEVY scheme and the support to enable you to thrive and develop your career further in a rapidly developing and evolving leading edge environment.

You will be part of a successful, growing, highly driven and professional sales organisation. Your role will primarily be to expose new business opportunities within a number of existing and named central London accounts, building on existing relationships and developing new ones.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong new business/account management background
  • Experience in selling apprenticeships or the broader learning and development market
  • Proven proactive sales experience with demonstrable track record of success
  • Consultative Solution sales background
  • Strong understanding of sales processes
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Energetic personality
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, entrepreneurial

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and have a determined and confident character with of course excellent communication skills.
