About our role: As the Dynamics CRM system will become is a central part in QA’s operation, we are looking for a successful candidate who will be able to gather requirements and design solutions to support the implementation and then support and continually improve the way we utilise the system. As part of this role, candidates must also have extensive skills with customisations and configurations within Dynamics CRM. This is an exciting time to join a company with huge plans for growth with real opportunity to be part of helping drive QA’s success.

 

Your focus: Reporting to the Business Systems and Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, administration, customisation and product use of Dynamics CRM within QA.                    

 

Bring your experience:

 

  • Knowledge and experience with Dynamics CRM
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
  • Ability to communicate well with users and stakeholders
  • History of working as a Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 356 administrator
  • Customise and configure out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Run feedback sessions with customers and execute testing
  • Support the migration of data
  • Design reports for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other reporting solutions
