Product Portfolio Director

Can be based from any QA Office

Salary: c£75-85k DOE

QA Learning Division


If you have had experience in product portfolio development and are strategic minded, then we are looking for you!

You will play a critical leadership role within the QA Learning division which is focused around driving our market offering in related portfolio space. You will be responsible for driving the continued success of QA through provision of innovative, relevant and customer centric products and propositions which continues to set us apart in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic product portfolio development, be product focused and be proactive within the market rather than reactive. You will need to have presented to various internal and external stakeholders up to Director Level, and be commercially minded to create a product development pipeline and “Product Road Map”, supporting right through to implementation stage.

Experience in IT or tech industries would be hugely advantageous, but is not essential.

You will be targeted on practice area revenue and margin growth, market share growth (across chosen markets), customer satisfaction (NPS) and ROI on specific product development business cases and EBITDA growth.

QA Learning offer a portfolio of curriculum of courses from the QA portfolio of over 1,500 certifications and training courses including Technical IT, project management, Business Systems Development, Business Applications, Leadership & Management and Hot Topics (e.g. Cyber Security & Cloud Computing).
