We’re seeking Agile trainers based in London, Glasgow, Leeds and Birmingham who love helping others learn and accomplish their goals. This is an exciting, fulfilling role helping learners to grow their skills and achieve their potential.

This could be a perfect career if you are a current Agile trainer or an Agile pro working in HR, project management, software development, software testing, business analysis or service delivery management and looking to upskill. We’ll provide thorough delivery training to get you ready to share your expertise with others.

About the role

At QA, we know that real life doesn’t happen in a textbook, so we deliver our courses in a modern, hands-on format. With our support, you’ll deliver exciting Agile course content face-to-face in the classroom and through e-Learning or digital formats. You’ll teach both scheduled public and customised Agile courses from QA’s famous tech course portfolio.

This role is about teaching and supporting learners to help them succeed – whether they’re qualified professionals looking to take their skills to the next level or beginners making the leap into tech careers.

You are…

  • Experienced in Agile in one or more of these environments: human resources, project management, software development, software testing, business analysis or service delivery management (mandatory)
  • Experienced in training or tutoring with an interest in career development (delivery training provided if needed)
  • Passionate about supporting/teaching others and sharing your expertise
  • Confident in customer-facing roles with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK and able to travel to different locations (?)
  • Able to plan and deliver against set learning and achievement targets
