What is the role?

As part of our Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our wide-ranging client base, managing our Trainers diaries effectively and internal/external venues to ensure our delegates receive our award-winning programmes.

Dealing with high volumes of email requests and calls from internal/external stakeholders, in this role you will need to be process focused with the ability to multitask and negotiate. You will be required to prioritise your ever-evolving workload as well as troubleshooting any issues using your own initiative to create logical solutions.

How will we support you?

It’s really important to make sure you have the support required to deal with this busy but challenging position, however, with a highly experienced Manager and team, we will train you to ensure you understand the role.

You will have an in-depth 1-2-1 training programme to get you up to speed in the first week as well as a dedicated mentor for the first three months.

You will be joining a team of six who like to create a loud, fun & friendly environment.

Financial package and benefits

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Processed focus and must be able to think on their feet whilst making decisions
