Compliance Officer – Based in Slough -

What is the role?

Working in the compliance team, you will be responsible for the below

  • Review learner paperwork and ensuring it is compliant using our internal validation check lists
  • Accurately record any issues and communicate these to our internal customers for correction
  • Input data onto our internal system to ensure our learner records are accurately recorded
  • Managing your own time to achieve and exceed daily targets
  • Work as part of a team to achieve team targets which will support the business goal of processing all learner paperwork within our internal SLAs
  • Liaise with our internal customers to offer excellent customer service
  • Use the internal training provided to build a strong knowledge base that you can share with colleagues and internal customers
  • Report issues and themes to your line manager to help improve the feedback we give to our internal customers
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and protocols through monthly one2ones and ad hoc team meetings
  • Support with ad hoc administration requirements including data cleanse; file creation; archiving; etc.
