Aligned to our growth strategy, QA Consulting are looking for experienced Business Development and Sales professionals to join our team in order to drive growth in our customer and prospect base.

The successful candidate will be joining one of the most successful and fastest growing services businesses in the UK.  With Group revenues exceeding £250m per annum QA continues to outpace the market and strengthen its position as the leading technology services provider.

As a successful Account Director within the Consulting Division you will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and managing the end to end sales process. You will achieve this through networking, building relationships, establishing client needs to ultimately closing any new opportunities.  Additionally strong relationship skills will be essential as you may additionally be required to develop and expand a number of key existing client relationships

Bring your experience and skills: 

Proven and demonstrable track record with evidence of high performance and success in over-achieving sales targets
Ideally evidence of success selling into a technical environment
Solutions sales experience
Senior C-level Stakeholder management experience

Methodical and tenacious
Consultative relationship building style
Must be passionate about customer service and sustainable relationships

Financial package and benefits

We understand that as an experienced sales professional you are not easy to prise away from the success you have built, therefore we are offering a basic salary that is very attractive + a very exciting OTE, Private Pension as well as 25 days holiday, 2 days paid Charity work each year for a charity of your choice (which we actively encourage), 3 days of additional training which does not need to be relevant to your role from our very own course selection (1,200 to be precise) and cycle to work scheme.
