Regional Manager - South East Asia

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our international student recruitment within the South East Asia region. This is an opportunity to develop and manage the sales channels, delivering against the recruitment targets across all channels, including but not limited to agent, direct and partner.

As a Regional Manager, you will be key in producing, delivering and measuring the International recruitment strategy for all QAHE Campuses and also be accountable for the recruitment of international students to each centre from South East Asia.

You will also be working closely with the wider marketing, admissions, partnership and recruitment teams to ensure a coherent and sector leading approach to market.

About The Person

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully operating in the HE sector, ideally with experience of International recruitment from countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Phillipines, Myanmar or Malaysia. 

Track record of success in sales or higher education environment, this role is target driven, so a desire to work in a commission driven environment is important.  

Excellent language skills in English a second Language will be a bonus.

Ability to build a strong understanding of the market place, and experience in international recruitment.

  • Sales mindset with experience of working to specific targets
  • Capable of building working relationships and networks with people from a range backgrounds and cultures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards
  • Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods.
