A little more about the role:
The Graphic Designer role is responsible for the creative design activities across the breadth of the digital offering at QA for our blue-chip client base and the QA Authored (generic) portfolio.
It involves creating engaging, creative interface designs and screen content graphics for a variety of digital offerings (eLearning, mobile app, web interface design, video asset support etc.) to support digital learning project delivery. It also involves supporting the business unit in any marketing and sales proposal activities.
The role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
 
What you’ll get up to:
 Design and create impressive screen and content graphics to shape our client solutions, and support the delivery of market-leading online learning solutions (to follow relevant client brand guidelines).
 Drive the graphical capability and innovation of the Digital team to ensure consistent quality standards and innovative visual approach.
 Quality assurance and quality control reviews of graphical project outputs.
 Manage external parties (e.g. supporting graphic design agencies or development partners) to ensure outputs are of the desired quality and meet requirements.
 Participate in sales support presentations and proposal development activities where required
 Other activities as required by the Head of Digital Operations.
 
What you’ll bring to the team:
 Degree in a graphic design related discipline, or proof of equivalent industry experience.
 Extensive experience in a related role, preferably in a corporate environment.
 Extensive experience working in a commercial e-learning development environment, preferably related to on-line and blended learning.
 Highly proficient in design packages (specifically Adobe Creative Cloud –Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge etc.).
 A working knowledge of design for responsive solutions.
 Extensive experience of developing graphical design concepts for digital outputs (e.g. eLearning, web based, mobile, online documentation).
 Detailed knowledge of relevant trends, capabilities and techniques in the field of graphic design.
