Customer Success Specialist – Cheltenham

This is an exciting opportunity for any person with a customer service background to work within a new team providing a central service to QA Clients both internal and external Stakeholders – A great opportunity for someone looking to grow their knowledge of how the learning industry works

What is the role?

As a Customer Success Specialist for QA you will be assisting Learners/Clients and internal Stakeholders on a day to day basis by answering a variety queries.

This role gives you the opportunity to support Learners and Clients throughout their learning programme with us and is a key role in our customer service offering.

This will be a varied and challenging role with two things always being consistent - Excellent customer service and accurately recording of all incoming enquires.
