Programme Administrator – London

What is the role?

As a Programme Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient facilitation of Examination Boards, the Mitigating Circumstances process, and will act as a point of contact between ourselves and our partner institutions. You will provide effective and efficient administrative support to all programmes (partner-specific) and manage academic-related student queries both via email and face to face.

You will also assist with Examination Board preparation and take responsibility for the maintenance of Module Lists.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Extensive administration experience to a high level – ideally within the education sector
  • Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Listening and following instructions to the highest level of accuracy
  • The ability to operate well within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational, problem-solving and planning skills
  • Excellent literacy and numerical skills
