Are you a Sales Manager who wants to work for a company excelling in Education services?

Do you have a recruitment, education or technology background and looking for an opportunity to shape a team?

In this role, you will inspire your sales team to engage with students to achieve student intake levels for both undergraduate and post graduate courses.

As the Conversion Sales Manager, you will…

Implement the go-to-market strategy for your area by leading the team.

Assign tasks and projects to ensure the team’s deliverables can be met whilst monitoring progress and most importantly, support and coach your Talent. 

You’ll need to provide regular activity reports on all agreed KPI’s but also promote a positive working environment in line with company values and customer-centricity.

A key part of your role will be to seek, identify and implement business process improvement opportunities which will help shape the success of your area.
