Exam Support Administrator 

Are you passionate about good customer service and would love to work in the world of Apprenticeships? 

Joining a friendly and supportive team of six, you will be responsible for the setting up and management of exam events for delegates on their courses.   

Having a good eye for detail, you will liaise with internal stakeholders and delegates as well as exam boards to ensure learners are booked into their exams to deadlines. 

Using your customer service background, you are there to help and support delegates through their journey, troubleshooting any potential issues and responding to queries to ensure everyone receives the best experience. 

What skills and experience will you bring to the role? 

Coming from a call-centre, customer service or apprenticeship background, you’ll have a good working knowledge/use of Microsoft Office and CRM’s. You’ll need to be proactive as some issues will require new solutions as well as someone who understands how to provide a 1st class service to customers by being empathic and always putting yourself in their shoes.
