Customer Service Administrator

Are you currently working in a customer support role but not being challenged enough?

Would you like to work in the world of learning and development?

Joining a team of five, you will help support clients and their learners in a helpdesk function in order to book them onto training and conference events with us and third parties.

You will not only process bookings but also handle the logistics of courseware, joining instructions, log in details, general access to training and work closely with the sales teams.

What we’ll do for you:

Being a learning solutions partner, we get how important your learning and development is and of course we want you to be the best. We’ll give you the very best training to do your role.

What will you bring to the role? 

  • Proven background in administration and customer service
  • Use of Microsoft Office suite at a basic level (specifically Word and Excel) 
  • Great with people and customer orientated  
  • Finally, you may need to undergo DV or SC Clearance in the future and will therefore need to be willing to go through this
