Account Manager – IT Apprenticeships 

Are you an experienced Recruiter looking move into apprenticeship sales? 

Maybe you’re already selling apprenticeships and looking for a new challenge or in another industry and want to get into IT space?

With everything that’s happened in 2020, the need to upskill employees has never been so crucial. Added to this, the Government has increased incentives for companies to help 16-24-year-olds get into employment through Apprenticeships. 

The UK still has an IT skills gap that needs to be addressed for many business and apprenticeships will be key in providing that solution – what does this mean to you? 

Working in a sociable and supportive team, you’ll be assigned 100 existing and high-potential mid-tier clients, where you’ll need to build relationships and grow accounts by identifying their requirements and offering quality IT apprenticeship services. This means that you will not only be able to increase your earning potential but also feel good about the people who become apprentices. 

What will you bring to the role? 

  • Proven sales background in either Apprenticeships or Recruitment (contract or perm) 
  • Desire to achieve maximum earning potential but to the detriment of the team or customer experience 
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to pitch value add sales solutions
