Sales Support Coordinator

Are you currently working in a customer service role but not being challenged?

Would you like to work with some of the largest UK businesses, earn commission and work in the world of learning and development?

Supporting the top-performing Enterprise Account Directors in the North, you will work with clients and their learners to book them onto training courses through a managed learning service.

You will not only process bookings but work closely with those customers to resolve queries, provide solutions and progress reports to ensure they are receiving the best in customer service and return of investment for their people.

What will you bring to the role? 

  • Proven background in a B2B administration and customer service role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite at a basic level (specifically Word and Excel) 
  • Great with people, customer orientated and able to work well ina team
