Are you currently working in a customer support role but not being challenged enough? 

Would you like to work in the world of learning and development? 

As part of a supportive and friendly team of six, you will be working with some of QA's largest customers, taking ownership of multiple learning programmes in order to help drive the upskilling of their most important assets…their employees.  

Managing the end-to-end delivery, you will be responsible for the coordination, scheduling and communications around a variety of programmes, often running concurrently.  A tenacious, energetic individual who is able to juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems, your role will be focused on providing the best learner experience on the programmes you manage.  

Working within various business areas efficiently, you’ll be managing numerous priorities in response to the changing customer requirements. Being a natural problem solver, a key part of your role will be to mitigate challenges/issues and be honest when things go wrong.  

What will you bring to the role?  

  • Proven background in a senior coordinator role with good customer service
  • Use of Microsoft Office suite at a basic level (specifically Word and Excel)  
  • Great with people and customer orientated   
  • Finally, you may need to undergo DV or SC Clearance in the future and will therefore need to be willing to go through this
