Account Director – IT Apprenticeships  

Are you an experienced senior IT Recruiter/Sales professional looking to move into apprenticeships?  

Maybe you’re already selling IT apprenticeships and are looking for a new challenge, or in another apprenticeships industry and want to get into IT? 

Either way, this role might be your next career move! 

Working in the Enterprise team, you will be the lead salespeople on one to two major accounts and will business develop IT apprenticeship opportunities within that client.  

These accounts are typically buying other services through QA and have an apprenticeship levy pot to spend on either upskilling their current employees or recruiting new people into the organisation.

With government grants and a big push to bridge the IT skills gap, you will have the opportunity to maximise sales opportunities within these established large-scale accounts and ultimately increase your earning potential.  

Working in a supportive team, you will be the main driver of new business on the accounts you manage, as well as developing the BDE’s who work with you - this is a team effort!  

What will you bring to the role? 

  • Proven sales background in Apprenticeships, IT Recruitment or IT Sales at a senior level 
  • Desire to achieve maximum earning potential but not to the detriment of the team or customer experience. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to position value-add sales solutions.
