Head of Service Delivery, initially a 12 month FTC   

QA Ltd. Flexible location with some travel - Cheltenham, London, Manchester etc.      

Are you a senior operations leader with exceptional customer focus ready for a fast paced and demanding challenge? Are you an inspiring manager to large teams, able to deliver excellent and exceptional service to our clients?

What you’ll be doing:  As Head of Service Delivery you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale contractual managed learning service, with approx. 30,000 delegates days per year and a growing Apprenticeship programme of over 300 learners per year. 

You will have the experience and know how to design, implement and continuously improve the Service Strategy in line with clients evolving needs alongside the management of the teams responsible for executing service. 

Managing our Programmes Team, Apprenticeship Team and Delivery Training Team you will provide the smooth delivery of our services with regular restructuring to meet the needs of the customer, working in strong partnership with senior customer stakeholders.

Ideally you will have similar experience as the Head of Service Delivery within the education industry i.e. training, learning, apprenticeship, education OR come from a complex programme management background.

Bring your knowledge & experience:

An understanding of service business processes and methodologies

Awareness of the importance of customer centricity and team collaboration

Awareness of typical KPIs and financial metrics in a customer centric / sales environment

Demonstrable knowledge of how to analyse complex problems and come up with creative solutions

Experience of working in a corporate customer centric, fast paced, matrix environment

Experience of senior leadership and people and performance management, personal development, coaching

Able to engage team to identify business process improvements

Experienced in working effectively to deliver targets through cross functional teams, influencing business change

Experienced in communicating a C Suite Level
